It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything fitness related. If you’re following me on Instagram (@travel_food_fitness_) and you saw my story from a couple of days ago, you’ll know that I’ve fallen off the wagon lately with regards to eating healthy & working out consistently.
I know I’ve gained weight…from the mirror and the way my clothes fit (or don’t fit in this case lolll). I have NOT stepped on the scale and have no plans to anytime soon because I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life!
Anywho, I’ve always loved Instagram for accountability & fitness challenges, but at the moment, with how hectic things are, I’m not up for joining traditional challenges (generally something new each day) so I’ve decided to make my own challenge in hopes of motivating myself to get back on track.
AND I’m sharing the challenges on my Instagram account 🙂
I say challenges (plural) because I’m posting several, every few days for the rest of the month.
They include workouts, clean eating, water drinking, and so on.
The plan is to do a total of 10. So far, I’m finding it helpful. My end goal is to lose the weight I’ve gained by the end of the month…(yes, I will be weighing myself eventually 🙄)
